The Peter Harrington Foundation was launched in January 2021 with the support of our partner and funder Peter Harrington, the rare book dealer.
Our mission is to step in with funding and support where we can make a difference.
The Peter Harrington Foundation Trustees
Pom Harrington
Rare book seller Pom Harrington founded and funds The Peter Harrington Foundation through Peter Harrington Ltd, the world-leading rare book business started by his father in 1969 which he now owns and runs. A highly respected authority within the rare book trade, Pom formed the Foundation with the aim of ensuring the business’s charitable outreach is channeled in a meaningful and relevant manner.
Eamonn O’Domhnaill
Eamonn O’Domhnaill is the Finance Director & Company Secretary at Peter Harrington Rare Books. Prior to thi, he served as the Director of Finance for The Bright Agency (The Bright Group), a prominent international literary and art illustration agency.
Rob Sandall
Rob Sandall is Peter Harrington’s Technical Director, having worked for the firm since 2013. Outside of the bookshop, he is the co-founder of a ballet school teaching hundreds of students across London, and has been a writer within the contemporary art and music worlds since 2005. Rob has been delighted to join the foundation as a trustee, following in the footsteps of his mother, who has herself been a charity director for Homestart for many years.
